I am a PhD student at the University of Leipzig in the DFG-funded graduate school IGRA (Interaktion Grammatischer Bausteine/ Interaction of grammatical building blocks).

My research interests lie primarily in the field of comparative syntax and syntactic theory, especially agreement phenomena, clause structure, phi-features and case. I am particularly interested in data from less documented languages that have not yet been considered for syntactic theory.

My dissertation investigates adverb agreement, a cross-linguistically rare phenomenon where adverbial adjuncts exhibit agreement with one of the core arguments of the clause.

My GLOW talk from 2020 on topic agreement in Jarawara can be found here.
